Pablo Zósimo Nieto Sanz and the sources

Pablo Zósimo Nieto Sanz (i), director of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Port Authority, during an institutional event in February 2024. The information is based on documentation from the Mercantile Registry, official bulletins and administrative files of public access

The registered address of the Hamilton Building

Three limited liability companies cited in this report set their registered office at different times at Paseo Milicias de Garachico, No. 1, ground floor, office 13, in the Hamilton Building, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, according to the relevant entries in the Mercantile Registry and the corporate documentation consulted.

Gesproytec Ingeniería Civil y Comunicaciones SL in liquidation

One of them is Gesproytec Ingeniería Civil y Comunicaciones SL in Liquidation. The Mercantile Registry identifies Pablo Zósimo Nieto Sanz as the liquidator of this company and places its registered office at Paseo Milicias de Garachico, No. 1, ground floor, office 13.

Zeit 2020 SL established at the same address

At that same registered address, Zeit 2020 SL was incorporated on 23 November 2021, with an initial share capital of €6,000. The deed of incorporation appointed José Fernando del Tiempo Matanzo as sole director.

Contratas y Servicios Bahillo SL also domiciled at office 13

Contratas y Servicios Bahillo SL is likewise listed at Paseo Milicias de Garachico, No. 1, office 13, according to the corporate documentation consulted. The company, incorporated on 14 February 1989 under the name Excavaciones Bahillo SL, changed its company name to the current one through a public deed granted on 17 December 2021. José Fernando del Tiempo Matanzo holds the post of joint director, according to the currently effective registry entries.

Appointment as director of Puertos de Tenerife

On 21 February 2024, Pablo Zósimo Nieto Sanz was appointed director of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Port Authority. The institutional curriculum published on the Port Authority website and consulted on 17 July 2026 does not include Pablo Zósimo Nieto Sanz’s status as liquidator of Gesproytec Ingeniería Civil y Comunicaciones SL, a position that is nevertheless listed in the Mercantile Registry.

Corporate developments at Zeit 2020

On 18 April 2024, the Mercantile Registry recorded the conversion of Zeit 2020 SL into a single-member company, with Pronan Ventura SL appearing as the sole shareholder.

On 20 November 2024, the Mercantile Registry registered an increase in the share capital of Zeit 2020 SL, raising it from €6,000 to €473,000. On 9 January 2026, a further capital increase was recorded, setting the share capital at €475,500.

Procurement board for 2025

The Platform for Public Sector Contracting shows that during 2025 a tender board was formed for the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Port Authority, and that its resolution designated the Port Authority director as a full member. The minutes of the sessions state that the alternate, Javier Ignacio Mora Quintero, attended in his place.

In that procedure, an integrated temporary business group submitted a bid comprising Contratas y Servicios Bahillo SL, AMC Construcciones y Contratas 2014 SL, and Voescanarias. The administrative documentation consulted reflects that the award did not go to that temporary business group.

Asset declaration published in the BOE

The asset declaration corresponding to fiscal year 2025, published in the Official State Gazette (BOE), states that Pablo Zósimo Nieto Sanz declared financial assets totaling €118,056.39, other assets with economic content valued at €54,600, and a liability of €139,705.71.

Documentary sources

The present chronicle reproduces, in chronological order, the facts contained in entries of the Mercantile Registry, the Official State Gazette, the Platform for Public Sector Contracting, the Transparency Portal, and other public documentation consulted for its preparation. The Mercantile Registry places the registered office in the Hamilton Building, located at No. 1 Paseo Milicias de Garachico, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, for several limited liability companies registered at different times.
